銅管噴嘴Preparing the Accu-Lube Applicator for Use
1. Remove plastic shipping plug from the reservoir extension on top of
the applicator.
2. Be sure the threads and the orifice in the reservoir extension are free
of debris.
3. Apply Teflon tape to the threads on the fluid reservoir (1) and attach
to the reservoir extension using a 3/4” wrench. Be sure reservoir is
tight or fluid will leak and run down inside the applicator.
4. Attach the nozzles to the end of the air/oil hose assembly.
Copper & Stainless steel nozzles:
(a) Cut the oil line so that it will be 3/4" to 1-1/2” back from the end
of the nozzle, with the tip installed. A longer or shorter oil line
will cause a poor oil pattern to be created.
(b) Attach the copper or stainless steel nozzles by first sliding the
provided hose clamp over the braided air hose. Insert the
unthreaded end of the nozzle 1” into the braided air hose.
Slide the hose clamp to 1/2” from the end of the air tubing
closest to the nozzle) and crimp to secure.
Loc-Line Nozzles:
(a) Cut the oil line back to the 3rd knuckle (including the tip). A
longer or shorter oil line will cause a poor oil pattern to be created.
5. Be sure nozzle tips are tight on the ends of the nozzles.
